赴西安文化游的通知

各位留学生同学：

为了丰富同学们在华学习和生活，通过参观、文化旅行感知中国文化，增进同学们对中国的了解，计划分两批组织预计2015年7月毕业（结业）的奖学金留学生乘火车（硬卧）赴西安文化游。

1.时间安排：

    第一批出行时间：2014年11月28日至12月4日；

    第二批出行时间：2014年12月5日至11日；

2.每批参加留学生人数限定65人；

3.报名截止时间：11月13日16:00；

4.报名地点：留学生办公室(友谊会馆109室)， 每人交费100元。

5.出行日程安排：长春-西安（K128次火车12:26）；西安—长春（k126次火车:21:30）。详细见附件日程表；

6.每批集合时间：友谊会馆大厅10:30

7.携带护照和学生证。

Notice on Culture Trip to Xi An for Chinese Government Scholarship Students graduating in 2015

To rich your knowledge of Chinese culture, we will organize two groups of Chinese Government scholarship students who are going to graduate in July, 2015, to visit Xi An, the ancient capital. The schedule as follows:

1.The first group will depart on 28^th Nov, 2014 and be back on 4^th Dec., 2014.

2.The second will depart on 5^th Dec, 2014 and be back on 11^th Dec., 2014.

3.The limit number for one group is 65 persons.

4.The deadline for registration: by 4 pm of 13^th Nov., 2014.

5.The registration place: Office of International Students, 109 room, You Yi Guest House. Each person needs to pay RMB100yuan.

6.The K128 train from Changchun to Xi An leaves at 12:26; the k126 train from Xi An to Changchun leaves at 21:30. The details about the trip will be notified later.

7.Gathering time for each group: 10:30 am, Place: The Friendship Guest House.

8.Your passport and Student ID shall be brought with you.
