Instruction for Student ID / 校园卡使用说明

学生卡用途：

1.存款后，可在食堂就餐；2.在学校留学生办公室办理相关手续后，到图书馆办理借阅图书；3.在学校超市内买东西；4.办理校园网络（需要提供网络中心分配的吉林大学电子邮箱和密码）。

学生卡的初始密码（消费密码、查询密码）是护照号的后六位数字（不算字母）。如果忘记密码或者出现其他问题，需带护照和学生卡到校园卡服务中心分支机构设置新密码。

现金充值：可在各校区分支机构进行现金充值。充值时间：每周周一 早晨6:30-8:00  中午10:00—12:30。

校园卡丢失后：

1．电话挂失：拨打自助服务电话：85166433进行挂失；

2．网上挂失：通过校园学生卡网站xyk.jlu.edu.cn进行挂失；

3．手机挂失：通过手机自助服务平台进行挂失；

4．补办学生卡：到校留学生办公室办理补办手续，然后，带护照到校园卡服务中心分支机构办理，需交30元。

Terms of use for Student ID card

1. The Student ID card can be used in canteen for payment as long as recharged.

2. After going through the relevant procedures in Office of International Students, you can borrow books from the library with the card.

3. The card can be used in the supermarket of campus for payment.

4. Campus network (You need to have the email address and password assigned by Jilin University first).

 The initial password of the Student ID card (i.e. password for consumption， inquiry code) is the last six numbers of your passport number (the letters are not contained). If your password was forgotten or other problems occurred, you have to take your passport and Student ID card to the branch office of campus card service center to change your password.

About the recharging: you can recharge your Student ID card at the branch office of campus card service center. The recharging time is open from 6:30am-8:00am, 10:00am-12:30am, every Monday.

If you lost your Student ID card:

1. To report the loss by phone: If your card has been lost or stolen, you can call 85166433 for self-service to report the loss.

2. To report the loss by the internet: You can report the loss through campus student card website, xyk.jlu.edu.cn

3. To report the loss by the mobile phone self-service system: You can report the loss through mobile phone self-service system.

4. To apply a new Student ID card: You can go to the Office of International Students to go through the reapply procedure, and after that you have to take your passport to go to the branch office of campus card service center and pay 30 Yuan.
