2017年12月12日，吉林省公安厅支持长春新区建设发展吸引外籍人才优惠政策正式实施。该政策共七项内容，将惠及外籍高端人才、长期在华工作人员、外籍华人和外籍留学生等外籍人才。现将相关文件转发给大家，详见附件。

To all international students:

“Support the Issuance and Implementation of the New Exit and Entry Policy by Changchun New Area” Issued by Exit & Entry Administration Bureau of Department of Public Security of Jilin Province was officially put into implementation from December 12, 2017. The policy, involving seven items, will give benefits to foreign talents, including top foreign talents, permanent staff in China, foreign Chinese, foreign students, and so on.
