Lost or Stolen Scholarship Student’s Bank Card / 奖学金留学生银行卡的遗失、挂失与补办

各位奖学金留学生同学：
    为顺利发放奖学金，请各位同学保管好发放奖学金的中国银行卡，并记住卡号（留存复印件或存在手机里）。
如果银行卡丢失，请第一时间持本人护照到中国银行（地址：长春市前进大街与修正路交汇处）申请挂失和补办银行卡，在办理业务时告知银行工作人员：“账号不变、原卡挂失、补办新卡”，或打印该文本到银行办理。

For your convenient, please keep your bank card very carefully; make a copy of the card or have an E-copy with you.

If your bank card has been lost or stolen, you must take your passport to go to Bank of China (Located at crossing of Qianjin Street and Xiuzheng Road) to report and apply a new one. Please print this information (账号不变、原卡挂失、补办新卡) and show it to the bank officers.
