JLU was approved as a pilot university for Chinese Government Scholarship preparatory education by the Ministry of Education in a notice it had issued a few days ago. JLU will begin to undertake the preparatory education for undergraduate international students who are supported by Chinese Government Scholarship to study in China in September this year.
JLU is among 7 new universities that are approved by MOE to undertake preparatory education. This is a significant measure for the university to serve the national development strategy of the new era, to speed up the process of internationalization and to implement the plan of “Study in JLU”. The approval is monumental to JLU’s international education, which will surely be pushed to a higher step.
